Purchase & Return Policy

Due to the nature, and ease, of redistributing or duplicating digital audio material, we unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds after our items have shipped to the purchaser.

We do, however, honour replacement items as a result of physical damage incurred via shipping. In the event that your audio CD was not received in a proper working/playable order, we will kindly ship out a new item at no additional cost to you.

We currently utilize PayPal as our secure, prompt, and simple online ordering provider. Upon completion of your purchase you will be sent a confirmation email from PayPal detailing receipt of your transaction.

Usually within one (1) business day of payment, your item(s) will ship via regular mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery (or sooner within Canada).

DoggieDJ.com offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.00 USD on North American orders of up to five (5) items. International orders of more than one (1) CD may be subject to additional shipping costs. All our prices are subject to change without notice.
